Return Policy

1. General terms

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" (Art. 9), the Buyer has the right to return or exchange Goods of proper quality within 14 days of receipt, provided the Goods have not been used and their appearance, consumer properties, packaging and tags are preserved.

2. How to return an item

• Contact us by email at vladaltex@ukr.net or by phone at +38 (066) 451-67-08 with your order number and reason for return;
• Send the item to our pickup address via Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta (we will confirm the address and shipping method after you contact us);
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund is issued using the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

3. Shipping cost

If an item is returned for reasons other than a defect (Goods of proper quality), the Buyer covers shipping both ways. If the item is defective or was sent by mistake, shipping both ways is covered by the Seller.

4. Exchanges

Exchange for a different size or model follows the same terms as a return, subject to stock availability.

5. Defective or damaged items

If you receive a defective item or one damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
