Terms & Conditions (Public Offer)

This document is an official public offer by ФОП Ткачук Володимир Григорович (registration number 2376317515), which conducts retail trade through the online store cashcat.com.ua (the "Seller"), to enter into a distance sale contract on the terms set out below. Placing an order on the Site constitutes the Buyer's full and unconditional acceptance of this offer (Art. 633, 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine).

1. Definitions

• Seller — ФОП Ткачук Володимир Григорович;
• Buyer — an individual placing an order on the Site;
• Goods — products listed in the Site catalog;
• Order — the Buyer's request to purchase Goods, placed via the Site.

2. Placing an order

An order is placed via the Site's cart or by phone. After placing an order, the Buyer receives order confirmation with its cost and estimated fulfillment time. The Seller reserves the right to clarify order details by phone.

3. Price and payment

Prices on the Site are listed in UAH and may be changed by the Seller unilaterally; the price of Goods already included in a placed order will not change. Payment can be made by:

• Online card payment (Visa/Mastercard) via WayForPay;
• Bank transfer using the Seller's payment details;
• Cash on delivery — paid in cash at a Nova Poshta branch upon receipt (carrier fee applies).

4. Delivery

Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, or self-pickup from the Seller's warehouse. Detailed terms and estimated delivery times are listed on the "Delivery and Payment" page.

5. Returns and exchanges

The Buyer has the right to return or exchange Goods of proper quality within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection". Full terms are listed on the "Return Policy" page.

6. Rights and obligations of the parties

• The Seller undertakes to deliver Goods of proper quality according to the placed order;
• The Buyer undertakes to pay for and receive the ordered Goods in a timely manner;
• The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by the carrier.

7. Personal data

By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Site's Privacy Policy.

8. Force majeure

The parties are released from liability for partial or complete non-fulfillment of obligations if caused by force majeure circumstances.
